TLG respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of our

we have created this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect
information about you through our sites and how we use such
information. In order to fully understand our privacy practices,
we encourage you to read this Privacy Policy. This Policy applies
to information we collect about you on or through the Sites.
We strive to provide you with an Internet experience that delivers
the information, resources and services that are most relevant to
you. To achieve this goal, part of the operation of our Sites
includes the gathering of certain types of information about Site
users.
Information We Collect About You
This Privacy Policy covers the two types of information we gather
on our Sites, personal and aggregated. The term personal
information refers to data you voluntarily provide to us in
connection with your use of our Sites and services that identify
you and/or your company, including, for example, your name, e-mail
address, phone number, company affiliation, physical address and/or
certain other personal information. The term aggregated data
refers to general, abstracted information regarding visitors and
users of our Sites, including traffic patterns, number of visits
to certain pages, visits from other websites or to third-party
websites linked to our Sites, use of particular services or
features on the Sites or on other websites reached through our
Sites.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We take care to ensure that your personal information is not used
in a manner that is unknown or disagreeable to you. You may wish
to submit an information request about one of our hotels,
participate in one of our promotions, or subscribe to our e-mail
or postal lists. To facilitate your request, we may ask for certain
necessary personal information. Should you provide it, we will only
use it for the purpose specified on the information-gathering form.
Information collected on our Sites may be used to:
- Create customer profiles
- Register you as a hotel guest
- Plan and purchase hotel accommodations
- Enter your email in our promotions or sweepstakes
- Send marketing communications or surveys to you
- Respond to your questions or suggestions
- Improve the quality of our Sites
All online forms will provide an opt-out button to allow you to
choose not to participate in hotel lists and future online
marketing. In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please
note the hotel lists are only used for an individual hotel brands
purposes or in joint promotions with a hotel brand partner. We do
not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with any
other third parties without your consent, nor do we use it for
unapproved commercial purposes. You may request to be removed from
our lists at any time. All emails distributed to our lists will
contain easy, online access to unsubscribe. You may either follow
the directions to unsubscribe or send an email requesting removal
of your information to privacy@thayerinteractive.com.
How We Use Aggregated Information
We are constantly improving the Sites and adding new features and
services. We monitor aggregated data regarding use of the Sites
for marketing purposes and to study, improve and promote use of
the Sites. In connection with such purposes, we may share
aggregated data with third parties collectively and in an anonymous
manner. Disclosure of aggregated data does not reveal personal
information about individual Site users.
Secure Reservations
If you decide to make an online reservation on a Site, you will be
linked to a reservation interface housed on the site of and
operated by the specific hotel brand (such as Marriott, Hilton,
Doubletree or Wyndham). While it appears that the reservation
interface pages are part of our Site, the Booking Engine is in fact
provided by each individual hotel brand, and the Privacy Policy at
the hotel brands site governs the treatment of your personal
information throughout the reservation process. For example, if you
choose to book a hotel room on one of our Sites, you will be taken
to that brands site, and your actions and the Privacy Policy on
that brands site will govern the use of your personal information.
Of course, our hotel brand partners are extremely concerned with
protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal
information. Please review the Privacy Policy on the relevant hotel
brands site before submitting your personal information.
Protecting your Information; Security
We want you to feel comfortable about using our Sites for your
travel, so we have implemented a security program to keep
information that is stored in our systems protected from
unauthorized access. Our Sites are hosted in a secure environment.
The Site servers/systems are configured with data encryption
technologies and industry-standard firewalls. When you enter
personal information, your data is protected by Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe transmission.
Withdrawing Consent to Use or Changing your Personal Information
If, after permitting use of your personal information, you later
decide that you no longer want to be included on our lists, or
otherwise be contacted by TLG or the Sites, you do not want TLG
to use your personal information in the manner disclosed in this
Privacy Policy or at the Site, simply tell us by sending an e-mail
to privacy@thayerinteractive.com
or by clicking on the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of our
email communication to you.

date or inaccurate by filling out a new form on the Site, or by
going back to your confirmation email that your receive when
registering on the Site and choosing the option to modify your
information.

release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our
Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property,
or safety of TLG, our hotel brands, our users, or others. In
addition, if all or part of TLG is sold or merged into another
entity, the information we have about you may be transferred to a
third party as part of that transaction. We will take steps to
assure that no personal information that is transferred will be
used or shared in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy
without your consent. However, in the event of a sale or merger,
your continued use of the Sites or any our services signifies
your agreement to be bound by the privacy policy and other
applicable terms of the subsequent owner.
Use of Cookies and Pixels
To enable features on the Sites, We may assign one or more cookies
to your Internet browser. Cookies, among other things, speed
navigation through our Sites, keep track of information so that you
do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our Sites, and may
provide you with customized content. A cookie is an Internet
mechanism composed of a small text file containing a unique
identification number that permits a web server to send small
pieces of information or text by means of your browser and place
them on your computer's hard drive for storage. This text lets the
web server know if you have previously visited the web page.
Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity
of user.
In addition, we use transparent gif files (also called "pixels")
to help manage online advertising. Ordinarily our advertising
management partners provide the pixels. These files enable an
advertising partner to recognize a unique cookie on your Web
browser, which in turn enables us to learn which advertisements
bring users to our website. Our advertising partners use of
cookies and pixels is discussed below.
We use cookies and pixels to collect and maintain aggregate
information about Site use. While in the process of browsing
our Sites, you supply non-personal information, such as the type
of destination you're exploring, which pages you view, etc. We use
this aggregated data only in the ways explained in this Privacy
Policy. We do not connect aggregated data to individuals names,
addresses, or other identifying information.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most browsers
automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your
browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose
to decline cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of some
of the Sites features that depend on cookies, and some advertising
preferences that are dependent on cookies may not be able to be
respected.
If you choose to accept cookies, you also have the ability to later
delete cookies that you have accepted. In Internet Explorer 7, you
can delete cookies by selecting Tools, Delete browsing history
and clicking the Delete Cookies button. If you choose to delete
cookies, any settings and preferences controlled by those cookies,
including advertising preferences, will be deleted and may need to
be recreated.
Third-Party Advertising and Links to Other Websites
Our site includes third-party advertising and links to other
websites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer
information to these advertisers or third-party websites.
These third-party websites and advertisers, or Internet advertising
companies working on their behalf, sometimes use technology to send
(or "serve") the advertisements that appear on our Sites directly
to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when
this happens. They may also use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons
(also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other
technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to
personalize advertising content. We do not have access to or
control over cookies or other features that they may use, and
the information practices of these advertisers and third-party
websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Please contact
them directly for more information about their privacy practices.
In addition, the Network Advertising Initiative
[insert link: http://www.networkadvertising.org/]
offers useful information about Internet advertising companies
(also called "ad networks" or "network advertisers"), including
information about how to opt-out of their information collection.
Children's Privacy & Parental Consent
This Site is not designed or intended for use by children under the
age of 13. Should we become aware that we inadvertently acquired
personal information or other data from users under the age of 13,
we will delete the information as soon as possible.

When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the
last updated date at the top of the this page. Changes will
always be prospective, not retroactive. Should we make any material
changes to this Privacy Policy that alter the use of your personal
information, we will notify you of such change by email. In that
